About Jamie

I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through personalized training programs. My goal is to use my own experience with fitness to help others succeed in their own fitness journeys. I specialize in high-intensity interval training (HIIT), SAQ training, mobility work, body recomposition and group fitness classes. I believe in creating a positive and fun environment  to keep you motivated and energized during your workouts.  Together, we will work hard, push ourselves to new limits and achieve a better version of ourselves!

My group fitness classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and effective. I offer a variety of classes, including HIIT, boot camp, and boxing, to keep you engaged and motivated. I provide modifications for all fitness levels, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll get a great workout. Reach out for class scheduling.
